The fries were cold the buns were dry and crumbling no lettuce or tomatoes on my burger. No one greeted me over the speaker it... wasn't lite up so I pull up proceeding to the next window. I was told 2 drive bck to place my order which i could'nt there werecars behind me so I walked back..... they weren't accepting cash cards only!!! Literally the weirdest experience ever. Granted, my husband and I pulled up around 10pm (they close at 12), but their comms and... card machine was down. There was a sign indicating this so we pulled around the the window. There were two guys ?working?, andby working I mean looking at their phones, leaning on the counter. One finally saunters over to the window and we ask if we canjust get a large fry. He looks confused, so now I?M confused. It finally kicks in that dude is high. This is the WORST Wendy?s I have ever been to. My significant other and I have been here twice because our son goes to LTU, both... visits have been horrible. The service is horrendous. I don?t imagine they have any management staff because the servers are soterrible. Please find someone to reorganize this Wendy?s before it goes under. Read more
