Don't work with doordash if your machine is always down and the orders don't come through. It hurts the customer and the dasher.... This is the 3rd time I have accepted an order with doordash and Tubbys just tells me they don't have it. There's always just onegirl working too. If you can't handle the volume and your system never works, don't do online orders. Read more

Just went here, got a chicken & broccoli sub, where?s the broccoli?!?! also ordered breaded fried mushrooms, it taste like the... breaded part was spoiled or out dated. All Tubby?s are not same, just wasted my money, so upsetting. Read more

Just placed an order over the phone,an order for a family of 4 mind you. The girl taking my order of 2 subs and 4 sides said... well god d@m you want all the sides! We aint got no pickle chips you getting poppers to d$m! I'm sorry did my little order messyour night up? Did you have prior ingagments instead of working and doing what you are paid to do! Sorry if I inconvenience youin some way by placing an order at your establishment! Trust me if I didn't already give you my card number you wouldn't have todo what you are paid to do! Good food. Service was a little disappointing. They need more help.

Ordered online and still waited 35 minutes after arriving for two steak and cheese subs. I had to wait in line behind 4 people... as they ordered, then the young lady behind the counter decided to make all of their orders before mine. I placed the orderonline much before any of the customers in the building did. Bad customer service and bad task management. The sub I finally didget had traces of cheese, maybe (?) and no sauce. The tomatoes were mushy. There is only ONE person working in this place eachtime I go and the service is so slow because of it. Where is management?! Why aren't you helping during peak hours if you havestaff shortage? Lame. That poor girl needs help! Read more

Very disappointed. Oh my Lord!! What happened? Tubby's used to be my go-to sandwich shop and the onion chips were awesome... lately the onion chips were soggy greasy wet and then fried crispy I don't know how that's possible but I had a bag of grease.Even my sub was soggy.
