I do not know what?s wrong with this particular Tim Hortons. I work close by and I order a croissant and cappuccino. I ordered... my croissant toasted with butter; on 3 or 4 occasions. Every time I?ve been there, my croissants has been hard and the butterjust slathered on not melted at all. I do believe they pre toast the croissant and leave them out; so when a customer place anorder; they sale it. If the manager or management team member read this; please make/cook food to people order. Do not make ita head of time. I pay my coins and I should be able to get my breakfast hot and tasty. Hire better immediately, the quality of this Tim Hortons has gone down drastically, the coffee is garbage, never made right.... There?s no atmosphere, the employees look like and show that they don?t want to be there so treatment of the customers is trash. Read more

I went to this location before very early in the morning and had a great experience. Today was a different story. I placed a... mobile order to be picked up at 9:40, showed up at 9:42, and they hadn?t even started making it. Instead of greeting me, theyargued behind the counter while I was standing there about if I had arrived yet. It shouldn?t matter if I?ve arrived yet, thepoint of ordering ahead is for it to be ready when you arrive. I worked at Tim Hortons for years as a teen. I would never argueabout a customer while they?re standing there, I know the corporate standard is to greet each customer within seconds of themwalking in, and I simply don?t understand why they were waiting for me to arrive before making my order?it kind of defeats thepurpose of ordering ahead.
