They haven't had hot chocolate in a month due to a machine issue, and no explanation as to what is going on. No "were waiting on... a part" or "can't get a tech in" or anything. I have gone here almost every day this week. On Monday I asked for a large icedcoffee and a plain bagel toasted with butter and I got a large iced coffee with a chocolate dip donut. On Tuesday asked for aniced coffee and they tried to hand me a hot coffee. On Wednesday I tried to order my daughter a hot chocolate and as I mentionedabove the machine is still down. Yesterday I ordered an iced coffee and again they tried to hand me a hot coffee (same person atfront window as the last time). Today I ordered an iced coffee and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. My bagel was nottoasted.There have been a few other times when I have asked for a plain bagel toasted with butter and I get cream cheeseinstead. I don't know if they are on autopilot or what. Never have I experienced consistent poor service at a Tim Hortons. They never have a working cappuccino, or hot chocolate... machine. I can avoid that location for months and came back with the same issues. The workers are complacent, rude and have noregard for customer care. They also charge for extra for certain items, but cheat you on the amount. This location reallyneeds a regional management to do some work because they obviously don?t take care of that location , nor training employees. Read more

Today is Monday, January 24th and I stopped in the approximately 3:45 p.m. I ordered a large vanilla latte and a Turkey club. I... haven't been to the establishment in 3 years cuz I had a previously terrible experience. I was thoroughly impressed by thequality of the food and friendliness of the staff. I asked for a breakfast wrap and this is what they handed to me. You can tell they dont take pride in there work. Even when they... handed it to me they like tried to cover it with napkins so I wouldn't see the messed up wrap laying underneath until it wouldbe to late. Friggin dark. The picture doesn't show it but but there were almost no lights on. Couldn't see what few donuts were available... it was so dark. I asked the person at the register why it was so dark and she just shrugged. Also, for a donut shop there weredarn few donuts available. Service was fast though. Just finished trying to eat my hash browns, and donut. Ordered two ofeach, couldn't finish a full one of either. The hash browns were, maybe freezer burned first, then burn burned secondly. Thedonuts were more mush than fried, not sure if it was the glaze, or if they were over proofed before frying but nasty is the onlyword that comes to mind. Coffee was good though, so at least I have that. It is a real shame to see what has happened to acompany that I have enjoyed for so many years. Read more
Before going to wirk I stopped at Tim Hortons on grand river redford mi i got 2 xlarge coffee and 2 md decaf iasked the ladybif... they had decaf she said yes got to fhe window lady took my card gave me no receipt got to work which is in royal oak too far tog9 back because the decaf tasted like regular coffee which was too strong for me i always get decaf from other locations soniknow how it taste plus i tried to call no number available what a way to start my morning at work very ????
