I?m a regular Tim hortons customer, I frequent multiple locations weekly. All Tim?s have long lines lol. But this one keeps a... good pace lobby wise and drive through. This location provides quick courteous service, tasty food and fresh coffee. The big guyin the mornings really knows how to satisfy an appetite! Always the best sandwiches in the mornings and coffee too. Managementis doing an excellent job apparently! I have made this location my go-to! Keep it up guys!!! Read more

100%! I frequent a LOT of Tim Hortons, and this is one of the best! I have a simple order, bagel, double toasted w/cream cheese,... and the Tim's by my house always only microwaves the bagel. At this store, my bagel was perfectly hot and crispy edges. Mycoffee was the perfect temperature. And April at the drive thru window is happy and kind. You can see he smile through her mask.It's such a little thing, a coffee and a bagel, but done right, it sets the tone for your day. Thank you! This place is reallydoing something right. Read more
Went through the drive through and got the wrong item. Long wait. Coffe was not the best also.
Customer service is a hit or miss. They have 2 drive thrus but only 1 is available. Since this place opened i have never seen... 2 of them being open. There is usually a long line and inconvenient if u have to stop and wait on Ford Rd. Would i recommendit? Meh, yes and no, depending on the traffic... fyi, prices have gone up tremendously, think about it $2 for a small blackcoffee ????! But i guess we can blame it on Covid like everything else... Long lines, very bad attitude from the manager. The staff reflects her bad attitude. Arguing with customers about their orders.... They forgot to add coffee to my meal and told me, with malice, that it was my fault instead of simply adding my coffee. It?s ameal, it comes with coffee! Read more
I go to this Tim Hortons at least twice a day. As a matter of fact, I go to several Tim Hortons in the area throughout the... day?this is by far my favorite. The staff are kind hard-working professionals, and keep the food and coffee hot and fresh at alltimes. I cannot say enough about how friendly and fast the staff are at the drive-through?..Every morning around 6:30 AM I am inline. It usually doesn?t take more than 3 to 5 minutes to get through the line and get fresh coffee. At other Tim Hortons inthe area, often times the lines are super long and the coffee they give is old and rancid .. However, this Tim Hortons off of10 mile and telegraph always has the freshest coffee the freshest donuts and other great drinks. If you are looking for afriendly face, great coffee, and overall great experience at a local Tim Hortons, this is your spot. I do not work for them noram I affiliated in any way with this company or franchise .
