I walked up to the counter and a man maybe 300+ pounds sighed and said "how can I take your order cutie" keep in mind I'm 12. My... mom just told me to go in and get a sub. I read his name tag and it said Joseph Saferstein, he was snacking on one of themacadamia nut cookies with crumbs on his chin. I tried to ignore his weird conversation skills because I assumed that Subwayhires people with special needs. Anyways I finish up my order and it comes up to $12 and the bumbling 300 pound man slowly makesmy sub while breathing hard and it comes out half made because i think he took bites out of it while making it. 1 star! weirdemployee, terrible service, and food was awful. Food quality was awful, they were out of basic condiments mid-afternoon, and the worker apparently did not know what ranch was... because he put what tasted like Cesar dressing all over my sandwich (that or their ranch was bad - which I wouldn't be surprisedeither). Customer service was poor. The moment I walked in the door I was told I could only order if I paid exact in cash butwas never actually greeted.. no wonder Subway is slowly disappearing one by one. Maybe next time a customer calls the store to ask why you would literally give me burnt to a crisp cookies ,make sure you hang... up the phone before you go on a talk to your manager how you called me several names and how you would throw down and catch acase if I came in, sorry I don?t speak ghetto very well. I?m pretty sure the icing on the cake is the person admitting thecookies were burnt and he was going to make new ones.
