I worked at this location for about 3-4 months, the people along side me where amazing. But I don't blame them for how it's run.... Personally they are new or they didn't get the training they were promised. The way it's being run on the inside, I would neverlet my family drink or buy ANYTHING from this location. If I could rate it less than one star I would. Working there was helland a couple unresolved issues took place. Please be mindful that they are the LOWEST store out of the rest around them. There were at least 3 people working this morning and I just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Only two cars in front of me... and the one directly in front of me only ordered 2 drinks. I'm really confused bc I've been in Starbucks lines that were waymore cars, way quicker. I understand it's early but I have to get to my job too... ridiculous. Not to mention, I ordered adrink with sweet cream cold foam and there's nothing on top? Where is the "foam"? Read more

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in the state of Michigan. They get a attitude when you say you want whipped cream... on your drink just for your drink to come to your car with no whipped cream. You buy a venti drink just for the person to handyou a small drink and then they get mad when you ask for another small drink even though they took your money for the venti cup.Do not come to this Starbucks if you value your sanity. If i could give this place less than one star i would. The order took 30 mins for two drinks even though they had plenty staff.... Also, we usually order drinks with no ice, and for the first time at a starbucks establishment they told us our drink would onlybe half full. Definitely never coming back, worst starbucks experience ever. Read more

I came back and so very glad I did! I got a chance to speak with the Manager Rachel Alpert, who gave such great and friendly... service that I had to post an update! I?m giving 3 because I gave a 1 previously. Hopefully she can get the folks trained up onafternoons and evenings to be better! In the meantime, I?ll just come in during the mornings only. ???? I?m not one to write reviews but I waited an hour for one grande drink. Granted, every staff on the floor was in training.... However, they had one manager and extra staff come in, but the manager appeared to be the only one making drinks. Others werestanding around not really knowing what to do. When I finally got my drink, it was wrong. I might have to start going to the onefurther away. Read more

This is by far, the worst managed starbucks I have ever been to. The wait time to get a drink (yes, 1 drink) is a minimum of... 15-30 minutes. Employees are rude and the the likelihood of receiving a correct order is slim. Read more

The cashier was just plain rude. I had to repeat my order several times. Then since I was the only customer on the inside, it... should take long, right? Wrong. All these folks inside, I think three in training. The others standing around laughing whilethere is trash and food droppings all around the store. The girl making my drink, made something cold, and I said mine was hot,then she had an attitude. When I finally got my order, some boy asked if I was taking their pictures. I said yes for my Yelpreview. He asked if it was a bad review?well it?s not good. He was like oh well. And that seemed to be the attitude andatmosphere of the store?Oh well. Read more
