To the girl working tonight at 8:38pm on Thursday January 26th thanks for closing early after you see me outside freezing... because your door is locked. You seen me waved my hand, saying I'm gonna drive around, knowing Google maps takes customers thruthe wrong crowded parking lot where you can only reach the store by foot. Just to find out Door is locked. Just for her toclose when I pull up to drive thru order. THANKS!! Closed at 9pm MEANS CLOSE AT 9PM NOT WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE IT. I will never comeback here again. To the owners responding to to all these reviews apologizing, It takes 2 minutes to update you Google listing.Your losing alot of customers over a 2 minute task. Read more
Customer Service Terrible!!!! The young man at the drive thru was rude, nonchalant , uninterested , and seemingly unbothered by... the patronage of this brand by myself and others. Came to Smoothie King for the first time today. Decided to try something other than Tropical Smoothie. The customer service... here was so horrible. I walked in, its about 10 people behind the counter, yet no one greeted. I said "hello!", no response.They were working the drive through line more attentively. Someone finally came over to take my order after almost 10 minutes. After my order was taken the Smoothie came quick. That was the upside. But the customer service was just unacceptable. This place is notorious for not opening on time. Every morning there's a sign on the drive thru window "were not open until... 1hour later". My suggestion would be to change store hours instead of having customers thinking you're open & you're not. On apositive note you guys make great smoothies Read more

Love this place. The vegan pineapple spinach and the Gladiator cold brew with peanut butter added are so good. ????
