Well, my onion rings were overcooked, but edible. But the slider was the bomb!!!!! And one slider was amazingly filling. But... the best part was the customer service!!!! The problem with franchises is that you don't know what you're going to get, they are all independently owned so they are hit or... miss. With this franchise of Savvy Sliders it's definitely a hit, you can tell the owner genuinely cares about the food qualityand consistency. I've had other locations that were okay, and some not so much, but each time I order from the Southfieldlocation the food is consistently good. Honestly the other locations don't compare so if you've had a bad experience in thepast definitely let your pre-conceived notions go about other locations in regards to this one. It's always fresh and alwayswell prepared with a nice presentation, again you can tell this franchise actually cares about what they put into those boxes,not just filling them up with whatever and moving on to the next order. This is my go to when I'm hungry and can't figure outwhat I want because it never disappoints, also helps that the people working in there are friendly, appreciative and seem togenuinely want to earn your business which is a stark departure from most of the restaurants in the area which treat you likethe next dollar sign that walked through the door if not worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the first time my partner and I had ever eaten at Savvy... before. We placed our order and told that it would be 10 minutes. This wait time turned into 20 minutes with my partner havingto go back in after not receiving the shakes we had paid for. He had also clearly stated that he wanted to order chicken sliderswithout making it combo. The cashier at the front didn't add it to our order at all. After a 20 minute wait at a restaurant thatwasn't that busy with only 5 customers, returning to retrieve food we had placed and didn't receive, and a cashier that seemedvery lack luster, this is not a restaurant I'd never recommend to anyone; unless they want to waste money on subpar food withlow caliber people.
