Beware ordering delivery through the app. Didn't receive my full order and app clearly states to contact the shop you ordered... from if there's a problem. Called and was told I had to contact doordash for any delivery problems. Issue with that is there'sno record of an order on doordash because I ordered from potbelly directly. So basically oh well. I have not had Pot Belly in years. I used to get it from here all the time with a coworker who left our office about four years... ago; it could be five years ago. It wasn?t like I did it on purpose. Another coworker was eating pot belly, and I was like ok, Iam going today. I got here, and it was pretty busy, but kudos to them for being very staffed with very upbeat and friendlypeople who got me my food quickly. Thank you for that. I ordered the Chili and the wreck sandwich; I have to say the toastedsandwich was outstanding! Very flavorful. I have to say I hate to talk trash about a place, but I am not sure what was going onwith the Chili. It was beyond thick it was like paste. Maybe I got it at the wrong time. Fast, reliable and well-staffed - a rarity these days and hard to come by all three. A lot of restaurants were hit hard by... pandemic and this is the only one I can trust to be consistent. I come here for lunch a few times per month when I?m in thearea, mostly dine in but also pickup. Food is good, place is clean, and no issues with my orders. Employees are very nice andcourteous.
