My group ordered through the app. The food itself is always good. There were issues when I picked the order up. I waited in the... lobby for 30 minutes then after discussing with others waiting in the lobby I decided to try the drive through. At least therewas communication at the drive through that was not happening in the lobby. When the order was finally given to me I made surethe order was there. I did not realize all the chicken was breast. A whole lot of chicken breast. I did not complain but many ofus missed the dark meat. I think there should be an area where orders can be claimed in the lobby if an order has already beenpaid for. Read more
Unfortunately, another bad experience with the 12 Mile/Telegraph location. After another long wait in the drive through, I... requested the "surf n turf" with cornmeal battered shrimp and chicken sandwich. They didn't have the shrimp but offered popcornshrimp instead. They also didn't have any chicken sandwiches but offered tenders instead. And here's the kicker, they didn'thave any Coke so I got orange drink instead. Couldn't believe they didn't have ANYTHING I wanted. Not the first time this hashappened at this and other nearby locations. You wait in the drive thru line to be told it?s cash only. If you have cash they tell you it?s exact change only. If you want to... use your card you have to go inside. You get inside and they tell you they are out of just about everything. No apologies atall. It?s like the staff is annoyed that you are coming to the business. Terrible, Terrible customer service! Young kids running the place and clearly have no clue! They are rude, they make very rude... comments to customers and the place is filthy! This one used to be the best one. I waited almost 30 minutes in line to pull tothe window for.them to tell me they only take cash and if I want to use my card I have to come in and order. Well, that doesn'tmake sense at all! Waited another 20 minutes inside. Got home the biscuits could have been used in an NHL game, the chicken wasthe tiniest chicken I have ever seen! Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen ???????????????????????????????? Ordered Louisiana spicy chicken and spicy sandwich. Spicy chicken... sandwich was good as usual but signature chicken we ordered spicy but got regular and was bad & not taste good. We ordered manytimes before and first time bad experience. Not sure what happened and recommend franchise / store manager to check chickenquality. Changing 4 star to 2 star and will check again and change rating based on next experience. Read more
I wanted to get their chicken sandwich today. Because here we are again with not being able to dine in. I have to say that if... you are trying to get food quickly, sadly, this is not your place to go. from the time I got into line and the time I was handedmy food, it was over twenty minutes. While I was waiting, several cars pulled out of line and went somewhere else. I finally getup to the speaker, and I am ready to order, and it's probably a good 5 minutes before they come on and take my order. I orderedtwo classic chicken sandwiches, no pickles, mashed potatoes and red beans and Rice, and a large lemonade. I had to repeat moreorders three times. The other odd experience here as it was cash only, no cards. On the upside, the chicken sandwich wasdelicious; the red beans and rice were long past their shelf life.
