Southfield location at10 mile and Telegraph road. Only one worker in the establishment. Refused to take orders for walk in... customers. I could not believe it, an establishment turning away business. Nice lady working, but horrible policy; one workeror not. I usually order pizza hut delivered and rarely go into the storefront. I will say the efficiency of using the app and the time... pizza arrives its exceptional. And the delivery person is always polite and courteous and I make sure to give him a great tipbecause nice people are rare right now. Read more
Because the pizza I purchased was not the same as the first one I order it the same way large hand toss with extra pepperoni... and extra Italian sausage but the one I recieved on yesterday was not extra pepperoni and extra Italian sausage and I wascharged for that so it made me disappointed and the staff had no gloves and mask on and we are still in a new style of Covid19.I started to wonder have these people had the least booster shot vaccine so I felt sad for the people working in the store andI started thinking about the pizza I brought was this safe and a smart thing to some business has loosen up on Covid19restrictions when it is time to double down so yes it made me concern for me and the workers and even if you brought my pizza tothe car I still would have safely concerns. You see I am an environmentalist and I travel all over the country. I had an eight toppings pizza it looked like I had ordered a three toppings pizza when I received it. If you want a great pizza... go to Fat Kats in Redford MI, best pizza ever I don't care how hungry I am or how far I am or I want pizza I'm going to go toFat Kats!!! The pizza was good and the side items were tasty. Basically, it tasted as good as it always has. So far, I can say that the... people working there are always polite when I come, even when it's busy. So many places have gone downhill in both quality andcustomer service, so it's a huge compliment when a customer can say the food tastes as good as they remember and the service wasprofessional.
