This panera is super good, and I like the staff. It?s usually a lot of young people so sometimes you just don?t expect them to... be fast but they are. As fast as you can be with Panera anyway. I placed a large order of sandwiches, salad, Panera chips and cookies for a meeting. I tried to place the order online but found... it difficult to customize it w/the options that I wanted. I called and the friendly associate walked me through it. I do lovethe Mediterranean sandwich. I The only issue I had was the with the salad. I believe I ordered the Greek salad. I order breakfast to be picked up. In the order was an iced coffee. As I went inside to find my order I noticed the bag for the... order, yet no drink. There were many drinks on the counter. I was told the cup was in the bag. I than had fill the cup with icethen walk to a different part of the store to get the coffee. The coffee type I ordered was out. I chose a different type.However if they had filled the order instead of leaving to me, that wouldn't have been an issue. This is a constant problem Ihave found with Panera. My husband placed my Order through the drive thru. He was the only one in line the entire time he was there. It took about ten... minutes for the food to show up. Asian Salad. Got it home and it was the Wrong Order. I would've eaten it anyway because I wasso hungry ( and we live 20 minutes away) but it was corn chowder which I don't like and some scary looking sandwich. I called tocomplain and spoke with the manager who told me to bring it back and he would fix it. He did. I had asked him what he was goingto do for me for our trouble and he said he'd give me a dining coupon . It is for a pick two order. My husband returned throughthe same drive through window. Still no one in line. Still waited in excess of five minutes . Still same server at the window.My husband asked how this had happened since he was the only one there to which not only did he not get any answer but was justglared at by the server. No apologies. Since the Southfield stretch of telegraph road doesn't have much good food options. This is probably the best place to get lunch... and dinner with good value. I don't like their bakery, Meijer taste better. Sandwiches and soups have pretty good portion withdecent price in today's economy Read more
I ordered online from this place recently. Place was decent and the one staff member I interacted with was helpful and nice. I... ordered a few items and most of those were up to the mark. But my bagel was almost burnt on the outer which I saw after reachinghome. (I only wanted toasted not burnt and disappointed for that). Read more
Quality is consistent. The speed of fast food, but they offer some healthier options. Supply chain issues will cause them to run... out of a few items, but the same is true of other locations right now. Read more
