Last visit, we sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while they refused to speak to the car in front of us waiting at the... menu... When we pulled around, a woman waiting at the window said they refused to give her the order unless she went backthrough the line?! The three visible staff members were standing around the registers playing on their phones. Probably thethird or fourth time in as many months we've attempted to get food here but have been unable to due to staffing problems. It'sliterally always something at this McDonalds. Perhaps daytime service is reasonable, but anything after 6pm is a disaster -we've literally left empty handed more times than not whenever we've gotten in the drive through due to the wait, or due togetting to the menu and them telling us everything is broken... or due to them literally not even answering at the drive throughat 8pm. Ok all you people out there don?t come to this McDonald?s. A month ago I came and I got a happy meal and some extra Mac sauce... for my nephew. I came home and when I opened it up it had Mac sauce for the chicken nuggets. We tried to call but they would notpickup. Today I got McDonald?s again with my family. When we got or McDonald food we were very disappointed. The Pattie?s andthe buns were burnt. I got a happy meal for my nephew again and they forgot the toy and the whole dang nuggets. I went once to pickup a doordash order and they didn't have a McFlurry so I asked for a vanilla shake as a replacement and they... gave me major attitude. Then I had a second order later that night and the order had already gone through before they closed forreference they are supposed to close at 10pm but closed at 8:30) and I kept telling her that the order went through before theyclosed but she kept interrupting me and told me "WE'RE CLOSED". Literally the worst McDonald's in history. Rude workers. They pretend they aren't open half the time, others they won't answer... the drive through at all. Then if you do happen to get food it takes forever and looks like it was put together by a toddlerwith their feet. Go somewhere else, this place is the WORST. Read more

At McDonald?s at 30161 Southfield Rd. I entered the restaurant and immediately smelled something very very sour and because I?ve... worked in this field before I knew it to be the floors because the mops were not properly clean apparently. So I spoke with theyoung lady at the counter name Ernestine I informed her of the file smell and she said she?s not concerned with that right nowbecause she?s concerned with the food. So I told Miss Ernestine that the smell of the restaurant is very very displeasing whereour food Hass to be made at so Miss Ernestine got upset walked away and told someone else to take my order so when the otheryoung lady asked what was I ordering I asked her what was Miss Ernestine?s name the young lady told me that she?s one of themanagers and that she do not have to tell me what Miss Ernestine?s name was so I asked her what was her name she said she wouldnot tell me that so I said well I have a complaint because the floors are very smelly and it?s around our food so she walkedaway and didn?t serve me at all out the words Miss I took a picture of the young lady since she did not wanna give me her name.Miss Ernestine then came out from the back and I I said ma?am what is your name she said my name is Ernestine and by the way Icalled the police on you for filming in my restaurant I said OK so I?ll just wait for the police to get here then. Went to drive thru. Only 1 car there placing order. I went to the 2nd lane. A minute or so after the other car pulled... forward, I said "Hello?" and a lady replied "Just a minute, please and thank you." After 4 minutes, with a car now in the otherlane, and one behind me, I asked again, and received a similar reply. After another minute or two, the car in the other lanefinally left, and the one now behind it, pulled up. Almost immediately, a man started taking that car's order, which wasshowing up on my screen. So I ask again, and am told to wait a minute again. As the other car pulls forward, I say that I'vebeen waiting over 5 minutes, and that other just pulled up. The reply is that there are only 3 people working. I replied Iwasn't happy waiting, while others were being waited on. Then another car pulled up, and got it's order taken. Finally, afterhearing the lady say she'll stop doing what she's doing to take my order, the guy taking the other orders cuts in and says he'lltake my order. 9 minutes to get my order placed. Let's just say when the cheeseburger is burned and nasty what else can you say? The service was quick. It was quick to get me... through the line for two burnt cheeseburgers. I was too hungry and tired to turn all the way around and take it back. It's scaryat the people who are out here helping these days out of desperation to have an employee work for you to keep a business open.That person who served me that burnt cheeseburger wouldn't have wanted to eat a burnt cheeseburger I'm sure.
