The manager/owner is INCREDIBLE. I wish he worked at a better restaurant as he is one of the best managers/owners I've ever had... the pleasure of encountering. The food is absolutely terrible though. After years of trying Happy's, I've come to the conclusionthey just do not make good food. They have the worst pizza around by far but it's made a bit better by the outstandingmanager/owner. I would not recommend coming here as the food is abysmal but the manager/owner is a cut above the food they areforced to serve. Read more
The pizza was pretty good if you like thick crust. The whole wings were on point. The rib tips were not so good; overcooked,... tough to chew and the spicy sauce was not spicy. Their signature sauce on the rib tips was too sugary. The customer service wasaverage at best. Read more
