I did not like my experience at this Dunkin AT ALL and I spend my money in there everyday!!!! Some caucaisan lady with blonde... hair was rushing out saying she had to get out of there in the middle of a line I waited 20 minutes for my M coffee with was notsweet at all how I ordered it very tart and I had a Dunkin coupon on the app that I use for rewards and the clerk wouldn?t letme use it! Over all very unhappy with Dunkin Donuts in general. I used to love it, but, bad experience at multiple locations has created a... bias in my brain. I am willing to try one or two more locations before giving it up entirely. Read more
Horrible service, most of the donuts were out. So I just got a mocha. However, when I pulled away I noticed the lid. It looked... like it?s been through hell. You can see the hairs on it and how dirty it is. Just simply put- disgusting. The donuts were alsovery stale. Read more
Was told after paying at the window that the espresso machine was down, and was asked to pull forward while they quickly fix it.... Waited about 10 minutes, an employee comes out and says it's taking longer than expected but it's "almost ready". I wait another10 minutes before going into the store for a refund. While inside I notice the espresso machine is still down, so they clearlydidn't know how to fix it and just lied to me for 20 minutes. Read more
4 stars. I usually get the same thing everytime. Latte, glazed doughnuts. Doughnuts always taste fresh when i get them. The... lattes are always perfect, however the latte machine isnt always perfect. Also the outdoor menu is getting pretty bad. The staffis always great! Only raring 3 stars bc the staff was nice and they have a drive thru- but the coffee was horrible. Ordered a cold brew and you... could see it was watered down. Thought maybe if I stirred it, it would be ok cause maybe it was just the ice- yea no. It tastedlike water with a splash of coffee. Asked for it to be remade as just a iced coffee instead and when they gave me back the 2ndone it was like they poured straight sugar in it (i didnt even ask for sugar bc i get the carmel syrup added smh) . It waswaaayyy too sweet. I had to make my own coffee at home and just use this one as a creamer lmao. I get the same exact thing everytime I come to a dunkin and this was the worst. Read more
Wait is always long, the staff is very short and their tone is not friendly. The food was not even warm and the order had things... wrong (like, asking for no cheese and theres still cheese). I can almost see this from my house and I choose to pass by if Ihave other options. Read more
