I?ve visited a couple times and I must say this location needs some WORK. A few times I?ve came my food was not fresh but Im... trying to give them the benefit of doubt since they are new. Yesterday I got in line at 8:15pm and waited in line at 8:30 asI?m almost at the front to order .. a worker comes to my car window to say they just closed the drive thru but I can go insideto order because the inside is still open. myself and a few other cars parked and proceed to head inside and as we are walkingup they lock the doors. We?re all outside confused because the worker outside JUST told us to come inside .. another guest askto speak to a manager. The manager proceeds to tell us they close their drive through and lobby at 8:30pm ? now that?s confusingbecause the store doesn?t close until 9pm! And how can you ?close? drive thru and lobby at 8:30 WHEN WE WERE ALREADY IN LINEprior to 8:30 even if that was the case. So we were all pretty upset and told the manager that makes no sense the door says 9:00so how are you saying you close at 8:30 .. the manager states ?I don?t know why the door says that I?ll have to check? mind youone of the last visits to this store was late .. I ordered at 8:40 and was served and everything and I told the manager that. Hewas like what line were you in ? I said THIS ONE! .. he stood by his statement that he doesn?t know .. he was just doing what hewas told. (Manager was nice) but horrible customer service CFA.. completely unfair to all of us who had been waiting in linefor 15/20 minutes.. if there was a ?cut off? it should have been AFTER all of us who had already been in line.. we were supposeto be serviced. Ahhh!! It was delicious, fresh and hot. Service inside was fast, excellent and very pleasant. I've been enjoying Chick-fil-A... since I was 16 yrs old visiting my family in Fairfield Al long before it came up north. I'm now 54yrs old and always reminds meof my younger yrs hanging with my family running wild...lol. Read more
???????????????? Nice staff. Healthy alternative like grilled chicken wrap was not bad. Kids meal had grilled alternative and... juice available. Clean dining room. ???????? Expect to wait in line at the drive up but plenty of staff to direct traffic andtake orders. Read more
I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals each come with a beverage and fry plus I added 2 cookies and 6 sauces they threw in a USED... GLOVE for free with crumbs and probably body fluid in it YUMMM so appetizing. The lovely manager with absolutely no empathy says"ask them what do they want" like it was an extra fry instead of an actual glove. Read more
Have gotten it for breakfast a few times since they have opened. Service has been very fast and the other time took over 35... minutes in the drive through. Food is always tasty and hot. They messed up my order once but took care of me and I willdefinitely be back because of the customer service!! Read more
