I went to this Burger King around lunch time on a Friday. The true sign of your level of customer service is how you... respond/interact with customers when you're busy: they failed on this day. I asked what pops they had because I did not seethe selections on the menu--I didn't want to waste her time trying to find it because the line was getting longer. Her responsewas a short and clipped, 'Coke products' O_o. That was SO helpful....not. I stated that I did not KNOW the Coke line butapparently she wasn't going to tell me so I just asked for Cokes with my orders. I then asked for a Southwest Bacon Whopper andshe cut me short and said, "We don't have that sandwich anymore!", as if it were my fault for attempting to order it--update themenu, please. Not impressed. At all. Will probably not patronize this location again--already attempted several times withdismal results. Read more

I only have issue with this location in the morning during breakfast hours. You?re either going to be met with an extremely rude... woman at the window whenever she?s there or something wrong with the food like half cooked French toast sticks and no syrup. Ijust knew it was going to be a Pleasant experience when I did not hear and see the extremely rude woman at the window but when Igot home I discovered my French toast sticks were half cooked and no syrup to go with them. It?s just a shame that I have todrive out of my way to another location to not deal with these situations. I noticed that a lot of the reviews complained aboutthe rudeness of management, I?ve even complained to Corporate but, I guess they make so much Money that they just don?t carehow the customers are treated So every time I have to go to this location and somethings wrong I?m going to post it!!! Hope youdo the same and maybe just maybe changes will be made. Customers deserve better. #Burger #King Do Better! Read more

Extremely slow, unbelievably slow, inexcusably slow. Still in line...hope it's worth the wait. I wouldn't recommend coming here... for lunch break if you're working as it will likely take your whole hour. Just waiting in line. And if you have a 30 min breakFORGET ABOUT IT! You will not make it back in time even if you worked across the street. I don't think I've ever been to such anincredibly slow "fast food" restaurant. Ive been in line now for 27 min and there are 3 cars ahead of me. I'll never come backhere again. Read more

Spent 42 minutes in line. I would have left sooner if the mobile app would have had an option for a refund. Should have read... reviews before I pulled up here, but had plenty of time to read while I waited. Hardly any fries in the container. ???? Read more

This place used to be different, but it seems that over the past couple of years, work quality has been getting worse and worse.... They don't ever open the dining room anymore, even tho it says that it's open. When the dining room IS open, they close it atleast 2 hours early. They close the whole restaurant early without warning. Tonight, I ordered a meal on the Burger King app.On the app, it said this location closed at 11pm. I arrived at the restaurant before 10:30pm, only to find out that the storewas already closed, but my money had been taken, as my order went thru on the app. Now I'm waiting for someone to contact meback about refunding my money about food that I never got Read more

Its almost funny how badly the staff members mess up. I pulled into the drive through speaker and was greeted by someone who... just sounds like they hate there life. The ammount of rudeness was unacceptable and almost made me leave in the middle of meordering. At the end, the man on the speaker goes ?Is that it?, *sighs*, pullup to the window for me?. When i get there, theythen tell mr my total and once i handed them the money, the man basically slams the window on me. I then get my food and itwasnt until after i got home, did i notice how terrible this was. I mean seriously!. I ordered 10 nuggets and received only 7,soggy pieces of chicken. My large fry wasnt even half full, and they even messed up my drink.
