Forcing customers to buy fries is going to hurt these places. Need to offer sandwich alone like it used to be. Our family of... four went to the Heartland location. $70 for the family. That is far too much for what is being offered. Would have been morebut my wife and I shared. Small wonder the places are mostly empty. Very sad for me as I was a manager for them once. Absolutely DISGUSTING! FILTHY! STINKY! Bathroom had not been cleaned in MONTHS! I promise you if they can't keep their Bathroom... clean, they certainly can't keep food prep area clean! I have been in outhouses that smelled better! HOT AS HELL!! LaziestWaitress , she sat in the window to take our order! Employees argued in front of customers! Could not eat the food! Wow talk about bad corporate decisions, Big Boy Corporation promoted a ?Free Voucher ? for Veterans on Veterans Day. It was... advertised on the American Legion National Website, then each American Legion sent out the notification to its members. However,upon entering the Livonia Big Boy stated they knew nothing of the advertisement and stated they would offer only 20% off. Theystated they are a Corporate Store and Corporate didn?t inform them so they wouldn?t acknowledge the promotion! Great example ofbait and switch ( bring the customers in and then change the promotion!) Nice way of Thanking the brave Veteran?s that servedour country! Big Boy you let the Veteran?s Down, Shame on you! ???????????????? My husband served during Vietnam and my son isserving now.
