Ordered inside the building. They were out of strawberry banana smoothie mixture. Drive thru is usually pretty fast though.... Only thing I didn't like was the 2nd worker came in and her 2 kids were walking around behind the counter where thedonuts/bagels were. At 6pm they will tell you they are not making milkshakes as they are soon to close. Its like the menu is off limits for... arbitrary reasons. Lol absolutely bizarre. Read more

Every time I come here, they are always out of something. Most of the time, they are out of waffle cones. I?m not sure why since... it?s always empty every time I drive past. They?ve been out of mint chocolate chip ice cream, chocolate ice cream, waffle conesand bananas for banana splits! I?ve ordered a triple scoop of mint chocolate chip and only received a scoop and a half which wasdisappointing due to already paying high prices for the scoops and not getting what I paid for. Today, I ordered double scoopsand again, received one scoop with a small, not even a half a scoop extra. I said something today and they put the scoop in tofully make it a double scoop. I was already disappointed that I couldn?t get what I really wanted (a banana split) because theywere out of bananas. I will most likely find a new Baskin Robbins to go to since I gave this one numerous of chances and italways seem to be bad outcome. Update: came back and it?s still horrible. Paid $10 for a banana split. They literally threw abanana and barely any ice cream in with no toppings. Terrible Read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 scoops in a waffle cone and 3 scoops in a cup. I paid for the order and received the... cone. I?m waiting and the young lady C. asked did I need something else. I said yes, the rest of my order. She got indignant andsaid ?I asked if you had everything?, which she didn?t. When I received the cup, it wasn?t 3 scoops. There was 1 scoop and icecream spread across the top. C. asked what?s wrong? I said this isn?t 3 scoops. We?re going back and forward and I said give memy money back. She stated they don?t give refunds but for me to give the order back and she?ll put more ice cream in it. I saidno, put the remaining ice cream in another cup. I?ll keep this. Well C.didn?t like that answer and got very nasty. The teamleader came to the window and told her a few times to stop she?ll handle it. She asked what?s the issue and I told her. She saidma?am I apologize this is clearly not 3 scoops and gave me a refund. Miss C. has alot of maturing to do. She will not besuccessful in any job with an attitude such as hers. Lady through drive thru was extremely rude. I asked for a brownie sundae, they stated they did not sell it anymore even though... it?s still listed online. Due to the limited ice cream menu, I asked to come in, and they stated they could not accept peopleinside the store right now, which I understood due to Covid protocols. I then proceeded to pull the menu up from my phonebecause the items I am used to ordering were no longer available. About 20 seconds passed, and the woman through the drive thruyelled through the speaker and proceeded to say ?IS YOU READY TO ORDER? with a major attitude even though I asked for anotherminute to complete my order. I drove off because I did not appreciate her attitude and it was extremely rude. I go to this DD/BRbecause I try to support black women who are in the food industry and this is the closest one to me with people of colorworking. I will not be coming back to this location and was highly disappointed in her lack of patience. And no one was evenbehind me when I was waiting so I was again confused on why she was rushing me.
