1.Unprofessional and on several occasions they have been out of stock on multitude of items at once. 2.They have closed before... the time posted on their door 3. Very slow 4. I won't be wasting my time going back to this location. Read more

I was in line for about 20 minutes. The service was extremely slow. When I finally got close enough to place my order I found... the speakers off, and the cars in front of me held long conversations with the server at the window. I noticed, not one car wasbeing served ice cream! I had my grandson with me and he was so disappointed to find out they closed while everyone was waitingin line! How rude and uncouth! They didn't even have the brain trust to come out and tell us, they were closing. I took it uponmyself to tell the cars behind the bad news! Read more

I am the 3rd car at drive-thru; 15 minutes later 1 car finally finishes, but I?m still waiting to place my order. 10 more... minutes passes and I still haven?t placed my order, so I seized the opportunity to dash out. No cookies, no brownies, none of the ice cream flavors I requested. The experience and service were horrible. I just wanted ... sundaes for my 4 year old and nephews, but it turned into a very frustrating experience. Well sadly to say when I came they only had 6 icecream flavors saying there shipment has not came in...What happend to have 31... Flavors??? So I wanted the macchiato icecream I never had the icecream flavor Well she dug in a choclate looking icecream I saidare u sure thats Macchiato icecream and not the other 1 above it she said No this is it she puts it in a cup I go home and sureenough it was not it. It was chocolate peanutbutter I should of went with my gut but instead trusted a employee thinking theyshould know better than myself since I never had that flavored icecream. Some people shouldn't even be working at there jobs. Iwas already shocked they had six flavors and they could not even get the right flavor correct shaking my head???????? P.s ANSWERTHE PHONE SOMETIMES... I took Uber that day and to me was a waste of money because you had 6 icrecream flavors so I could notget what I really wanted (Banana Split) So I tried to call this time ahead to make sure they have everything give them anotherchance even though there is no excuse to run that low on inventory thats called Bad management not doing there job. I rarely dine at Baskin Robbins nor Dunkin Donuts because I don't live near one. My first visit to purchase an ice cream cake... was a pleasant and speedy one. Next time, I'm bringing a cooler to keep the ice cream solid on its trip to the party. And Ihaven't tried ordering a custom ice cream cake yet. Their selection of ice cream is less than mediocre at this location becauseits a duplex, but they do have chocolate fudge which is my favorite so I am happy at least. The interior including itsemployees are very clean and sanitary and pleased to help you. Read more
