I visited this Arbys today and made it clear 3 TIMES that I don?t want onions on my Buffalo chicken wrap!! I bit into it and... that?s the first thing i tasted smh I went back and let the lady know at the speaker that i specifically asked for no onionsand i would like to be refunded for the sandwich and a guy interrupted us and said I MADE THAT SANDWICH AND THERE IS NO REDONIONS ON IT I handed him the sandwich and he still denied there being red onions Whoever owns this building needs to come inand change what?s going on in this store because someone can become ill or worse for lack of caring Since when do places refuserefunds on something that clearly isn?t right This is truly SICKENING. She said what she said. This not her store and after today she won't be back . So I guess that's why the customer service was... so horrible . The line was 25 deep . We waited 45 minutes for a order that was not completely taken at the window. We asked whowas responsible the young lady at the window said she is. I said oh my god your not the manager are you? Please we need peoplewho want to service the melenated community. Did I ask if she was from another store in one of our most higher valuedneighborhood. As we returned their was Vanessa on her day off willing to resolve the terrible experience asked were we beingserviced correctly went obtained the correct order.my only question is why isn't Vanessa the manager ???
