My experience at Applebee's was very good. The food, service and atmosphere was great. My only issue was the bill. I ordered a... southwest chicken bowl with no chicken, extra black bean salsa and guacamole (I'm vegan) and an impossible burger patty (onlythe patty). When I received the bill, I noticed that I was charged for a whole burger, which was like $13. I just paid the billwithout question but I think it's ridiculous to charged someone $13 for one patty. This place is absolutely amazing!! Langston was I waiter and he was truly a blessing! Always checking in & gave us such a warm... welcome! He truly brightened up my day with his generosity! We come to this location pretty often and it?s always a good time with amazing service, especially when Toya is our server!
It was really good. I enjoyed my time being there and the food was on point. ( Fish and Chips, appetizer was chicken tenders... and desert was brownie cake ice cream.) Just having good conversations with a new friend. Very pleasant and the energy was goodinside the restaurant. The waitress was very nice in taking our order and she was very welcoming. The hostess sat me sat me at a booth; I was by myself eating dinner and they didn't let the waitress know I was there.I waited... at least10 minutes before somebody paid attention to me to serve me. The power went out where when it was time to leave ittook another 30 minutes to get my check/receipt to be able to cash out to leave. My food part of it came cold and I had to sendit back to have it reheated and it just wasn't a good experience. Read more
Do not order a shark bowl. Honestly don?t order anything on a Saturday night at this location. 5 hosts standing around telling... people there was a 15 minute wait that turned out to be 30. Customer service and friendliness is on the back burner at thislocation. I love Applebees- I?m not mad- just disappointed. lol- photo attached is my non alcoholic slush puppy sold as a sharkbowl.
