The man there was very rude to both of the people I came. He insulted us whenever the ice cream was ready if we didn?t grab... instantly, even though we were the only ones there, and he touched two of the orders we got with his bare hands. Food was good but the costumer service was terrible. The owner was very rude and impatient. No gloves were used when handling... the food which I found quite unhygienic. He was very short and gave quite rude responses to our questions. The old man owner was rude with a family ahead of us and to our party. Our little guy who is 4 yrs old said snow cone in blue... and he was rude and said its a snowball and there are 3 blues, which one? Then told us to hurry up because there is a line.Customer service from him was the worst. Told him he was being rude and he said he had been there 20 years and he would be therenext year.
