Our waitress was nice but was by herself. I ordered the fish and chips and it was slimy on the inside between the bread and... fish. My sons mac and cheese had so much oil in I notice when I was putting some on a separate plate, I didn?t have him eat it.It took a long for refills and the check. Read more
Diverted to stop here for a proper British fry up for my Brit husband. Very disappointed. Sat outside for 20 minutes without a... waiter. Order drinks, water and our brunch. Water came without lemons, even though we were asked if we wanted. The menu haschanged from website, no vegetarian options other than salad or kids pancakes. Husband?s Full English Breakfast came, it had nomushrooms and 1/2 piece of toast. They actually sent 1/2 a piece of bread. Seems busy, I imagine it?s the pub and not the food,but we wouldn?t stop again. Service was slow and food wasn?t worth it. Read more
