The first day I went, they shoved a half a dozen donuts into one bag. They were ruined. I mean, donut mush. I also ordered two... cappuccinos, and they gave me one and then made me wait over 5 minutes for the second one. Okay, everyone gets a free pass once,right? The second day I went, my kid's hot chocolate tasted like someone whispered chocolate to hot water, and the chai had somuch mix in it I looked like a goat trying to swallow it. I paid in cash, and an employee handed me bills and change. I tookjust the bills and said please hold on, one second, and she barked a terse thanks and threw the change in the tip jar, slammingthe window shut. Ignored me. They slapped together two drinks unworthy of the name, I want my 87 cents. I am not sorry. Thirdand final visit this morning-please understand, I'm a mother of five, it's the closest by far- they had no food. At all. Whoever?s working at 3pm (same time multiple times) hates making food and will lie to customers, saying that the oven is ?off?.... Not broken, not being cleaned, just ?off?. I would highly suggest looking into this, you are losing a lot of business & money. Read more
Great people. Horrible coffee. Sandwiches are always burnt or not cooked at all. Sometimes soggy if it?s an English muffin. Been... going here for years and it?s really gone down hill. Only one person there knows how to make an iced latte and I?ll give her2-5 dollar tips every time. Your not supposed to pour the espresso directly over the ice. They still do. And I get watered downcoffee. You mix with the milk first soo it?s not hot. I now have to ask for my ice on the side so I can do their job for them. They say open till 7 but they?re always closed 15 minutes before. They?ll take 5 orders from the drive thru before they evenconsider taking an order from the lobby. This used to be my favorite dunks. Rude, doesn?t want to say hello or good Morning and won?t even look at you or speak to you when you get to the window. Got my... sandwich and opened it and didn?t even have an equivalent to one piece of bacon on it and when I said something they told methat?s what you get.
