Have always had problems with the service at this Dunkin's - they never seem to get orders right and are so slow - but today I... am making a comment because of hygiene. While looking at my receipt to correct my order, a server put her face *inches* from myface with her face mask all the way down below her mouth :( and the server making sandwiches had her mask below her nose thewhole time I was in there. I love Dunkin? Donuts iced tea and flavored iced coffee- I must admit though that it is better in New England that it is in my... state- Donuts are an added plus but I tend to limit my intake- really miss the tuna and chicken salad sandwiches on a croissant-they were a good lunch pick me up! Almost always a pleasant experience but every once in a while we get the same woman who is rude and doesn't understand customer... service. Made us feel bad about ordering, answered her phone while in the middle of taking our order. Have seen her be rude androlling her eyes at other customers for no reason. This place is so close to my house but yet I'd rather go somewhere else toavoid that awkward and rude conversation. Read more
Very inconsistent. Ordered a medium vanilla chai tea and it was less than halfway filled after waiting 10 minutes. The store... shouldn't offer something it's employees can't make. The guy who took our order was very polite. Read more
Great staff. Very friendly. Got me my usual without needing to ask what I wanted. I love that they can remember me!
This place is unorganized and busy. They seemed to be in no rush and got my order wrong 2/3 times
