Foods fine, but the unprofessionalism? Not okay, they messed up our order but since we ordered on doordash we have to go through... them, even though it was simple fix honestly. And then proceeded to hang up? Seriously? I mean how do you even mess up a plainburger? They literally just gave us pepperjack cheese on bread, you?re telling me they couldn?t easily replace that? This Wendy's has the rudest people of all. For the last year and a half since I started my present job I have gotten breakfast... there. Used to be the sweetest lady there every morning. So pleasant but I never see her anymore. Just rude people who don'tknow how to say hello, thank you, kiss my foot, nothing. The girl this morning was the final straw. I gave my order and shesaid nothing. Nothing showed up on the screen but a commercial that was on it when I drove up. Finally I said "Hello, did youget my order?" Still no reply and finally she just says "Pull up to the window". I pull up, hand her my card she runs my card,hands me a sack and my card back and shuts the window in my face never having said a word to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. As it should be, the line at the drive thru was very long at 5 PM. I was able to get the new frosty half strawberry and half... chocolate. It was wonderful! I don't think I would get the strawberry by itself (personal preference). The two combined issomething I would choose every day. Read more
