In my opinion this is the best Waffle house ever. I love that that have a system so that everything from being seated, to... ordering your food, to the waitress calling out your order, so that everything runs smoothly. We had Nikki as outwaitress/server she was on it, she made sure to continuously check on us for any needs. She was a a little demanding to Williethe guy that was cleaning tables, but he dust it off and continued on his way. Read more

Nikki was amazing at this location! We got greeted and seated immediately as we walked in. We were approached immediately and... asked for our drink order and she had it to us shortly. From the moment she took our order to the moment we got our food wasmaybe a total of 5 minutes, which is the fastest I've been served at any Waffle House. She ensured we were happy and satisfiedat all times and the cook even asked us if we liked how our food was made! We were happily surprised with the service, qualityof food, and speed at this waffle house. They've definitely improved! Read more

Walked in waited for 15 minutes for someone to clear the table off at the limited seating that was provided. Never was helped or... knowledge try to engage with one of the workers about where I was allowed to sit just to try to get them to knowledge myexistence they were too busy laughing and having a great time ignoring all the customers. The waitress was amazing and very attentive. However!!...and she only bagged my order. My double waffles were double nasty. I... was appalled that they wouldn't take the time to recook my waffles. I most definitely would have appreciated it. My husband hadworked for Waffle House for YEARS. This would have never happened under his watch.
