I stopped by the 180 Goodmans location to place an order. ???? I receive a cup full to the top of sweet cream????. This is the most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever experienced. The employees including the manager publicly fat shame... patrons based on their drink orders! Why would you post someone?s customized drink order on Snapchat! Apparently this isStarbucks? culture and is the norm! I hope it felt great to treat a paying customer with such disgrace! Read more

Ordered my drink with no ice and it came with ice so I told the girl that is named Opry because she?s the one who made it. She... did not want to fix it, I could tell by her attitude she was annoyed so she looked at the label on the cup and seen that it said?no ice? so she remade it with no ice and did it incorrectly again on purpose. Starbucks usually has extremely nice employees.This is my first experience dealing with a rude employee from Starbucks. They were busy but so quick and extremely friendly! I order a Vanilla oat milk latte and it tastes the same every time!
Nice shop. Usually get really friendly service here. Sometimes, not so much. Bathrooms are generally moderate in cleanliness,... likely due to the demo but overall, no complaints. Spacious feel is welcomed. Not cramped. Read more
Went to starbucks to get a mocha cookie crumble frappe with extra cookies and extra caramel and a caramel ribbon crunch frappe... with extra crunchies and extra caramel. The lady there hooked us up! 10/10 recommend to anyone who asks! Read more
This Starbucks is not very clean. Every time I come inside, they have delivery boxes out on the floor in the lobby and it just... looks messy. They also focus so much on mobile orders and not customers that are standing there in the lobby waiting on theirfood and drinks for 15 minutes while mobile orders are Sitting there not being picked up.
