They don't deserve a star !! Once again this place. SMH I go place my order, my food comes out. 2 #4's and #11 5 pc chicken... tender dinner, 2 Medium orders of mozzarella sticks. 1. Only 1 order of mozzarella sticks (should've been 2) 2. Sends me out abox with HARD tater tots stale toast and stale onion ring. ( NO CHICKEN TENDERS ) 3. THE bacon cheeseburger on Texas toast thatcome with an onion ring on the sandwich Was Not on either sandwiches. So the young lady comes to get the order takes the Nochicken tender dinner back, I asked for fresh tots because they were hard. Didnt take the Whole order only an item or two back.Then Comes back with the Same box with an added stale order of 4 chicken tenders. And the other order of mozzarella sticks. Okthen I say the sandwiches aren't correct either. She takes them back like, she's just grabbing a few things at a time andwalking back off so fast. When she come back again she with the sandwiches they looked fresh and new sandwiches. But it wastaking so long so I pushed the button and asked for a Refund. The manager only wanted to refund the chicken dinner and not thewhole order. This place Sucks the Manger doesn't seem to know how to treat his customers. If you have a customer that has thatmany issues with one order you should be apologetic and rectify the issue. By a refund or atleast came out to the customer tofind out what's going on or something Jason the Manager did nothing. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT his only concern was getting money notabout the customers that come there to spend their money... corporate needs to hear about this.... Read more
Pushed the red button and waited 20mins or so and it finally reset. Pushed it again and waited another 10mins or so before my... order was taken. After ordering waited apprx 30mins and never got my food so I left. Good thing I was paying with cash. Won't bestopping at this location again Read more
Just don't deserve any stars actually customer service can definitely use help I'll bypass them. Ordered on the app checked in... waited 27mins only for the order to disappear and they tell me I'm at the wrong location ????when clearly I'm not. Oh my gosh don't get me started with Sonic. It just so happened to pop up on Google review. I'm just going to say the quality of... product is a disaster. The deserts, let me stop I said I'm not going to get started. I stopped going because it's been a spiraldownfall over the past few year's. I could write a book about how Sonic is one of thee worst places to eat, drink, to justparking you're car there. Read more

Service is a bit slow. I had to send my tots back TWICE. First time they were COLD. Took them back in and LITERAY brought back... the same tots!! After the 3rd time my tots were hot. Lemonade slushy was good Read more
Picked up lunch today. Corn dog & cheese tots. Bit into the corn dog and while it looks done on the outside, the inside was... wet, doughy mush. Disgusting! My tots with cheese had cheese on a total of 3 tots & the sweet tea i ordered was UNsweet. Myorder also included a cheeseburger and tots for a coworker. Her food was correct but it was cold. I placed an order online. They messed up my order. Ingredients were wrong in my hamburger. Items were forgotten. I ended up... placing a complete new order online and driving all the way back. They did nothing trying to make it right besides saying "I'msorry". At least the food was not bad. Had it been made properly as I ordered and without any items missing that I paid for,this would've been a 5 star review. Read more
