My husband and I frequent there often and last night (10/3) we ordered thru the drive thru at about 845pm and we're very... disappointed with the service. Food is amazing and one of my favorite salads in town. However, I can guarantee something will be missing from my order. First... time they completely left out my husbands meal. First time patron, the place was a little noisy due to the dinner rush, but the Buffalo Ranch chicken sandwich was awesome!! ... Had a vanilla shake and it was awesome as well, it actually came with a thick straw which doubled as a spoon bc it was so thickand had a very smooth texture, almost like eating frozen vanilla coolwhip. I am a huge fan of the collierville location. This was my first time at the Mississippi location. I usually give five stars for... collierville but I only have two for this location. While the food was hot it just did not taste as good I usually always getwhat they call it half and half drink. However they forgot the other half of my drink there was no lemonade mixed with the teajust warm tea. The customer service was okay but not as amazing as the collierville location. Read more

First impressions are always important. Having said that I don?t expect perfection. This was my first time trying Slim Chickens.... I went through the drive-through ordered - One hungry meal and one Cajun ranch sandwich. I get to the window the lady thatgreeted me was very friendly, with a big smile on her face, I paid and waited. I didn?t have to wait long before she handed memy food. It did not feel like the right order, the bag was very light. So I pulled up looked and sure enough it was wrong. Ipulled around, went in, as soon as I got in the door good, the really nice lady who greeted me (again very nice big smile on herface), knew exactly what was wrong, apologized and immediately fixed it. For my inconvenience she offered me a dessert. So eventhough there was a mistake it was fixed quickly and nicely. The food was (When I got the right order) hot, fresh and veryyummy! The staff was again very friendly and helpful. The prices are on the high side. You should definitely give Slim Chickensa try if you?re a chicken fanatic like me. Read more
Today my husband and I had a meal and we were very very disappointed in the greed of the owners of this restaurant , It was... obvious that the place is under construction, so there was changes with ordering at the drive through area ? we sat and watch ayoung lady (employee) standing at the drive through in the pouring RAIN in a make shift plastic cover that only cover half herbody taking orders. That was very inconsiderate and inhumane I can just imagine how uncomfortable she was and embarrassed forsure. I?m sure the owners of slim chicken was not gonna stand out there, or allow their children to stand in the rain for a fewbucks! Shame on you ( owner/owners) I will not be going back and I?m asking my fellow citizens to let their voices be heard!Have a little compassion for your employees and stop putting workers in the rain at the drive through! ????
