Avoid this location. Rude staff overseen by even worse mgmt. Just because my order history does not show they want to say I?ve... never ordered there in the past. And make me sound like I?m in the wrong. No - the company changed and no longer allows extrabbq on pizza. These companies need to call and check on the ppl they pay that lose them customers. Because you just lost one.With all the companies lost during this pandemic you would think it would make you focus better. But honestly - the mgr wentokay when I said I would report. My favorite pizza is a Stuffed Crust pepperoni. They just served me the best stuffed crust pizza I've ever had. Awesome... experience, I ordered through mobile and the pizza was ready when I got there. Piping hot and just a perfect pizza. These guysreally out did themselves and the guy at the counter was very polite as well. So whoever it is that signs the checks for theemployees, that crew deserves a raise or at the least a bonus for excellence beyond anything I've come to expect from Pizza Hut.Also, to those that were working, you are appreciated and acknowledged. This place is horrible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 62 years of living. I called in a simple order... of a melt. The young lady that took the order wasn?t very polite but she said the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I got tothe store 35 minutes after placing the call. I sat there 40 minutes before they bring my order out. When I get home the order iscompletely wrong. Mind you this was a simple melt. Read more
