????Wow! We really liked this place! We are new to the area and because of jobs are leaving after after only seven months. We... had wanted to try it here, and we finally did before we left. It was a great surprise! Totally pleasant experience. The staffwas nice. Everyone was kind and attentive. The only negative comment which was covered by excellent customer service, was thatevery few tables needed cleaning. Location has limited hours due to staffing. Got there at 2:10 pm with a close sign of 4 pm. Crew was already in closing mode. ... All the teas were being drained with 2 hours to go until close. Couldn?t even get a refill. Being the only customers inrestaurant the food still took almost 15 minutes to get to table(only 2 sandwiches and a salad). Definitely not Newk?sstandards for service. They were out of Newk?s signature Pimento Cheese so we couldn?t get it on one of our sandwiches. When wetravel through Southaven again we will definitely find an alternate location for lunch. They reduced portion sizes without putting that information on the signs and menus. Paid $13 for this "meal." My "Large" bowl of... soup and half Mac n cheese came in a fist sized to go cup. The staff didn't seem to care of offer to make it right.Disappointed. Won't be back. Read more
At my location, they had no one working the kitchen, so understaffed and the food wasn't that good. I went to get soup and they... had no soup besides Gumbo which like I said, wasn't very good. I don't think it was the staffs fault though. But on a good daywhen they have lobster and crab bisque I love it! Read more
This place is simply awesome. I really like their sandwiches specially Newks Q sandwich. Cost wise I believe it's little... overpriced but it taste very good. Customer service is good and they are helpful. If you are Memphis do try their sandwiches. Read more
