I?ve been coming to this location for many years now. It?s the best in the Memphis Southaven area for sure, good atmosphere,... great pizza and usually good customer service. The food is definitely on the pricier side, but unlike most establishments inthis area, they DO offer military discounts which I appreciate very much. They do definitely need to bring back the Parmesanbottles on the table though. Read more
Well we are still waiting on our Pizza after 1 hour and 10 minutes. A ball team came in after us and they have come and gone! I... went and asked why so long and that we have a 2 year old. They said they didn?t know why. I?m bored so I decided to write areview for Mr. Gaines! They didn?t even offer a refund. Actually we are going to just walk out! Drove 20 miles for a 2 year oldto eat pizza and after 1 hour 20 minutes nothing. Pitiful service without concern at 230pm ?not even lunch hour! After we loadedin car with 2 babies and about to leave they gave us a refund and a free pizza to go. Still a ruined event for a diner withgrands! Read more
I have never had a bad experience at lost. I?ve supported multiple locations but tonight was awful and I threw away $60. Waited... over an hour and a half. Received one wrong pizza, the wrong flavor wings, and the taco pizza we did receive was so old andoverdone we couldn?t even eat it. I think I?m most upset because it was my moms first time trying after I?ve raved about howgood it was, and she didn?t enjoy her food at all( we literally threw it away it was soooo overdone and hard) I?ll continue toorder from the poplar location as I?ve never had a problem with them. 1st off, it wasn't as clean as it should of been. It was kind of a mess, dirty plates on tables, ect. Not for the good, the... pizza was AMAZING! One of the top 5 pizzas I've ever had! Stopped by here off a whim. Pizza was a solid B+. I got the thin crust which was a good choice. Service was good and the pizza... didn't take long to deliver. Great amount of pizza to topping ratio and would say the cheese is melted just right. One of thebetter pizza places I've had. I would give it 8/10 overall. Read more
My wife and I came during a Sunday lunch and ordered pasta and a personal pizza at 12:27. My pizza came within about 10 minutes,... but my wife?s pasta and her salad had not come out yet. We waited about 20 minutes and I finally went ahead and finished mypizza. At 1:00, I went up to the front and asked how much longer for my wife?s pasta. The girl at the front didn?t really have asense of urgency about our food and said that ?their pasta and salad station was backed up and it would be out in a minute?.Well it didn?t seem too backed up cause a friend that came in 20 minutes after us was able to order her pasta and get it beforewe could even got ours. I went back up to the counter and the young guy (I?m not sure if he was the manager or not, but lookedcollege age) looked at my ticket and had a more sense of urgency. He immediately refunded us our entire order and brought outthe salad and eventually the pasta. My wife got her pasta at 1:34. He apologized and I really appreciated his help. There otherworkers looked like young high school kids that didn?t have any sense of urgency. Im not going to act like I know their businessdynamics, and I get they are young kids, but my suggestion is that there needs to be more adults/full time employees checkingaround the restaurant and making sure things are running smoothly. There were some other customers around us that were havingissues and complaining as well. This is the 4th time we?ve come and we?ve had some minor issues with our visits, but this wasthe worse.
