Looking for food late at night for whatever reason? Forget gas station food, and head to Krystal. If you mistakenly go to the... golden arches across the street anytime between 2-4 am, they will tell you their systems are down. This is an epidemic of all ofthe establishments I've been to around this time. Krystal had wonderful customer service in the drive-through and clearcommunications about possible long wait times for our order. The food is a southern classic for a reason. Read more

Almost every single night/early morning they pretend that their "system is down" so that they do not have to take orders or... work. Over the last several months (since October of 2021 to be precise), I have attempted to order food there only to get thesame excuse AT LEAST a dozen times. "Our system is down." Sometimes the "system is down" at 0300am, 0500am, midnight, 0100, etc.One week earlier this year I went four nights in a row and one of those nights I went twice in a four hour time span just toprove a point to myself that they are almost certainly lying. Several times they just didn't ever come to the speaker to sayanything at all even though I could clearly see people inside "working" (sitting around on their phones. On the increasinglyrare occasion that they actually have taken my order, I've had to wait up to a half hour with only one other car in the drivethrough line. There is usually at least a ten minute wait even if there are no other customers at all. I've been told to hold atthe speaker for nearly ten minutes twice. I assume they were hoping I'd just give up and drive away, but I'm not one to letpeople get away with petty nonsense without pushing back at least a little. They are often rather rude and act like you'reburdening them for ordering at all. Not always, as I've had a few really nice people take my order for sure, but usually theyare either rude or the "system is down." It is interesting to note that the system is always "down" when a certain femaleworker is there it seems. Whatever the case, I simply do not believe that their system goes down multiple times a week over thecourse of several months only late at night or early in the morning. It's absurd and I can't believe the manager hasn't caughton and realized that they are going hours at a time not taking orders regularly. The young ladies working the second shift on 08/16 were so nice. They used all the pleasantries like "yes sir" and "have a... wonderful night". They even gave my dog a treat! Also, the fries were hot. Great experience Read more
Generally like Krystals, but this location was either severely understaffed or undertrained. Took nearly 15 minutes to complete... an average order for 4 people with only 2 cars in front of us and, as far as we could tell, no customers in the lobby. Afterreceiving our order, we quickly realized they had left off an entire bag of food which took another 5 minutes to get and, eventhen, the 2nd bag was missing items. Incredibly disappointed to see a location I used to frequent working now at such lowstandards. Read more
Horrible???? first off I ordered online thinking everything will be better and correct. I could have never been wrong. Waited in... line almost 30 minutes just to get my order all wrong ? My Krystals was not done. My food was cold. Check your order beforedriving off or you will regret it. This location is okay. Their food is good and fresh for the most part. The wait is not really too long, but they do tend to... forget your side items. I was missing a few things with my last order. Please double check the customers items on to go orders.I also saw a sign posted that their 3rd shift employees only get paid $10/hr. This is a major concern that should be taken upwith Corporate. They should at the least be pair $12/hr . $10 seems a bit unfair. I can only imagine how much their day shift isunder paid. Read more
Food is always hot and fresh. Only reason it?s not a 5 star is because if you get there pass 8pm the ice cream machine either... turned off or broken down. Overall amazing though Read more
