We had the snow crab legs last night with crawfish, shrimp, potatoes, corn, hush puppies. I normally don?t leave reviews, but... these were some of the best snow crab legs Ive ever had. Good food terrible customer service. Food was cold upon pickup they offered to "reheat it" for me after I complained. I order 3... hours ahead of time and they admitted that is when they cooked it. They said they had no way of knowing when I was picking itup. When I showed them the pickup time on the ticket, they said they had to cook it when it came out. I won't be going back! Read more
So I ordered the seafood boil A today that had the crablegs, shrimp and mussels. I ordered it to go. So when I arrived at my... destination which was an hour an a half away i checked my bag and guess what, THERE WERE NO MUSSELS! I called the restaurantand spoke with the "manager" that said the cook made sure that the mussels were in there and that the "host " checked the bag.I'm sitting here looking right at the cook when he handed the host the bag and the host never checked the bag. The bag wasbrought to me STAPLED! All she had to do was check the freaking cameras. So they don't do refunds and i have to wait a wholeday to get my mussels because I refuse to eat anything out of the bag. The manager was soooooo unprofessional. I order the same thing each time I visit I've had several issues before but this was a 1st After checking my order I wasn't sure... if they had changed what comes in the meal since it was noticeably different, I went back in to ask where were the rest of thefries. The manager exclaimed with a distasteful tone that this was the correct amount, I exclaimed I had never received anamount so small previously and that I come often With no apology and eye rolling she exclaimed she could get me a few morefries. The food was really good and the flavor I chose had a good kick. We had the crab cakes and calamari as an appetizer, which were... decent. The crab legs were really skinny tho ???? and the bathroom could've used some attention. Overall was a yummy lunch andI'd go there again! Read more
My go to seafood place in the Southaven area! You can tell that the crawfish is live when cooked, they tasted very fresh and... definitely was not frozen/stored crawfish. I do believe they could be seasoned a bit more, along with the shrimp, rather thanjust tossed in the sauce of your choice, but actually seasoned before/while cooking. They?re definitely still very tasty though.The crab legs are good and the corn is always so juicy, never over cooked. The potatoes and sausages are always perfect. So, I didn?t get a picture before I demolished my food, but the fact that I said the word ?demolished? should tell you that the... food is on point! I had combo E that comes with the lobster tail, shrimp and snow crab legs. I highly recommend the JuicySpecial seasoning at the medium spice level for the perfect balance of flavor and heat. If you like adult beverages, the LITwill surely please you. I didn?t go with a perfect score here because the lobster tail was a bit tough.
