The food was good, but they're slow it took 25 minutes in the drive thru not because they were that busy but that slow.
First time going and it was the best I've tasted in a long while would highly recommend will be going back to try other dishes
Favorite Fazoli's on a good day. More times than not, my food is fresh and satisfying. However, they have a new girl working... there now who needs more training on customer service. The food is delicious and super fast! I love the baked ziti. We didn't even finish our salads before they brought our entrees... out! Highly recommend them. Wish there was one in Oxford, MS. As of 3/01/22 the dining room's not open. Read more
First time to a Fazoli's - had a great experience. An amazing fast casual restaurant. Good food at a great price. We tried the... fettuccine Alfredo, penne with spicy tomato, Cesar salad, & cheese pizza. Wish there were more locations nationwide. Definitelyworth a visit. Read more
The baked spaghetti was good. When I ordered it drive thru substituting Italian sausage it was 6.99. In store I was charged 8.49... plus .50 for spicy sauce and 2.00 for italian sausage. So a 7.00 dollar meal cost me 11.00. Shame on on you for a 4.00 overchaarge. Read more
