Horrible service!!!!!! I should've checked the reviews before coming!!! Tried to take advantage of the 4.99 special when the... cashier clearly lied to me by saying the coupon was one per customer which was apparently NOT true. I can imagine how manycustomers the company has lost for false information from employees. She was very disrespectful with a passive aggressiveattitude. Then she tried to make me purchase a water even though I stated I wasn't drinking anything. Just a mess ended upleaving, Spent my 30.00 chicka fillet. Missing her name but I will return with it. The salad was brown. The drinks had no fizz. The alfredo sauce was cold. They had the same pizzas and some were hard and could... not eat it. When you went up.to.the people cutting the pizza inored you when you want to.order a pizza you want made. Need tofix the salad and the warmers. It is real expensive now. Your drinks are $2.48 a glass now. And the pizza is 14.99. It used tobe $5.99 per person. Read more
I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza. I was disappointment in what was brought to me. The pizza was undone and rubbery! Reach... out to the manager on duty and he quoted "We make over 500 pizzas a day. I can assure you its done!" I politely left theestablishment! Excellent service. This was for my friend's birthday and it was fun. We held a small party here after our activities from the... earlier part of the day had ended, and I must say it was a very pleasant time. We hadn?t eaten here in awhile but thought we?d try it again today. The pizza and salad were delicious! The service was good and... we enjoyed the senior discount. We?re coming back again soon! We ate here again today. We were impressed by the cleanliness andthe way the food bar looked. Even though it was after the lunch run, it was clean and well supplied. The food was delicious!!!! If I could give this place less the 1 star I would . When we got here there was maybe 4 other groups here but they were slow... getting out the fresh pizzas and dessert pizza. At 8pm they started cleaning the food area and putting pizzas up in the back 2hours before closing time. All of the employees were in the back talking about some touching someone's a** and playing around.Instead of making food or tending to customers. No one was cleaning it took forever for someone to come grab dirty plates. Justabsolutely worst service especially since we spent $70 or more on dinner. Will not return to this location. There was very little pizza when we went but the staff were able to finally put some fresh pizza out.
