Terrible Terrible Terrible!! I ordered a baconzilla and 2 loaded fries with extra bacon. Instead of bacon on my BACONzilla... they put 3 chicken nuggets! And I had absolutely no bacon on my loaded fries! If you are out of bacon just say that but don'tjust leave it off or substitute it with CHICKEN NUGGETS BETWEEN 2 BEEF PATTIES!! Read more
I came today and orders 10 hot wings and a bbq Buford combo. Let me just say this fr the wings were horrible. The fries were... semi ok due to the fact I know they weren?t fresh . I use to work for checkers long time ago I know re dropped fries when I seethem. The bbq Buford was good. Won?t be back again due to the fact you have to actually tell them you want your food fresh .It?s really mind blowing. I just ate 4 wings out of the 10 and threw the rest away . I had a terrible experience here the lady at the drive thru was very rude, and I saw her dropping the food I ordered in the... grease with no gloves on! When I confronted her she lied about it, and told me she wasn?t cooking. I asked for a refund and shetold me she put it back on my card it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I came back to the store to askabout my refund and the same lady was there and she told me there was no manager on duty and she couldn?t pull my receipt upfrom the refund she supposedly gave me. She told me her name was Lasondra but that probably was a lie too. I even tried callingcorporate and it still didn?t help. Please save your money and go somewhere else ! Read more
Worst place ever, the intercom was broken I had to pull up to the window to order. Asked for chili cheese fries. They had no... cheese. So I settled for regular fries. Asked for a big Buford and a spicy chicken sandwich. Repeated the order twice to the manin the window. Got my order and all I received was fries and the chicken sandwich. When I got out of the car and asked about myother sandwich, he said he only charged me for the one. The chicken sandwich. Since two other cars were behind me I left upset.I will never go there again! Worst service ever! I spent 25 min in line only to be asked to pull out front and wait some more while others came and went..... waited another 20 mins. I got a bacon mother cruncher chicken sandwich and it didn't even have onion crisps and bacon.. horrible Read more
Food and service was terrible. Google map showed me that their closing hours was at 10pm. I made my order at 9pm and the young... lady wouldn't serve me no funnel fries due to they was about to close. Keep in my I seen the store hours saying that they'reclose at 10pm but also had a sign on the window of the restaurant closing at 12am. Altogether the store manager needs tocommunicate better with the customers. Without us customers there wouldn't be any sales nor a job. Please do not waste your timegoing to this location!!!! I order 3 meals and the women never repeated my order back to me . My order was wrong as I suspected it wold be. I told her... and the cook said I order it wrong.
