Came to this location and i can say one of the worst Burger Kings i have been to. The young lady La?Tareion made sure my... customer service experience was going to be 1 star or lower. She was rude. She walked away from the window and told me icouldn?t use my rewards at the location. After her walking away basically Mocking me when her manager showed up she still actedrude the manager tried to make things right but i was afraid to get my food. These young people if you don?t want a job or justto give the customer service you should be give to respectful customers, you just need to stay at home. If this were yourbusiness and you acted as such you wouldn?t have any returning customers. To the owner i think you need to send secret shoppersto your location and see how they are being treated. Good wasn?t even fresh as long as i waited trying to get my order right. Sothis is a location to skip if you can find one closer. We pulled up and she said hold on we waited and waited for like 10 min, the was good though.
No breakfast burritos not even the new sandwiches that are advertised on the inside menu screen. The management had a not so... friendly attitude. The inside is dirty floor feels greasy tables are filthy and yes they do pre make sandwiches that's whycustomers are saying it tastes like it's been under the lamp for a while currently 12/10/21 10:12 am . Went threw drive threw as dining area was closed. Lady infront of us was yelling at cashier. We ordered 2 of your new chicken... parm and 1 meal of chicken bacon Swiss they charged us 37.38.
