Never had a bad meal here. Mostly comfort food. This local diner has been here for years and we take out about once a month.... Wife ordered takeout for us. She got home and got wrong order. Called Robin Hood and they asked for us to return incorrectorder. Really? They realized error and made good on it without asking me to go home and return errant order. Kudos tothem. We've lived in the area for 35 years and never found a reason to dine here before. Friends urged us to go with them. What a... surprise!. Everything was so good. Best brisket I ever had and the wife actually finished her large portion of salmon. Sideswere outstanding. Matzoh ball soup puts all the local "Jewish deli's" to shame. Waitress was pleasant and attentive.Surroundings were typical small diner, but very clean. We'll be back, likely many times. BYOB! Read more

The fancy lights and the fine dining; does that attract your attention? I looked for a restaurant thecommunity, the people, crave for. Well here comes "Robin Hood". I started with "This is my first time" and my server,Christine, recommendation was spot on, but not in an obnoxious way. Attentiveness and knowledge of menu was superb andinformative. Excellent job Christine. Looking at all staff and listening to servers interactions, what does a good restaurantneed? Good solid people is what restaurants are longing for. Food was spectacular. I had the Spinacola with chicken.Ingredients were skill and confidence. You can taste it in ever bit. Cutting a long story short. When in Southampton, PAarea, stop in. You will not be disappointed. I was born and raised a mile from the restaurant, but I moved away over 40 years ago. This place has been here all my life! A... couple years ago my brother said he still eats here several times a week and I should give it a try once again. Now every timewe come up to visit my wife insists we come! Breakfast any hour is great for us because we're late risers when on vacation.Great food and great service! My wife says best coffee ever (they grind their own). Read more
Samantha was my server this afternoon. She was very kind, showed professionalism and patience. I ordered the chicken parm and... tiramisu and my wife got the brisket and tiramisu. We both agreed it was excellent food both in taste and quality. The food cameout hot with cold plates which means our food did not sit at all under a heat lamp. If you are looking for a high quality dinerI fully recommend visiting Robin Hood and if you do, ask for Samantha and tell her John and Day sent you. Read more
