Perfectly poached eggs. Expertly made new England seafood dishes. Wonderfully fresh ingredients. Friendly, polite, and... thoughtful staff. With a beautiful water view of the salt marsh. Read more
Great lunch place. It wasn't very crowded and after a short wait we sat outside on their waterside deck. Good lobster roll.... Great service. Could have been a bit less expensive but it wasn't priced absurdly. Read more
We ate there last night, 3 adults and 1 child, and it was a fantastic experience. With a reservation, we were seated promptly... and greeted warmly. Our server was knowledgeable and nice, my daughter loved her, and was very attentive. The food wasdelicious, from the appetizers to the main meal and we had a great view of the marina, sitting directly by the windows. I usedto go to the Lobster Inn as a kid, and am very happy that Manna at Lobster Inn allows me to keep my nostalgia alive and createnew memories with my daughter. Read more
My wife and I had lunch at Manna and is was nothing special. The service was great, but the atmosphere and the food leave much... to be desired. The smoked Blue fish dip was good, but the clam linguini was mediocre at best - - think broth and lacking fullflavor. All-in-all the restaurant is fine, but not great. Read more
Small oysters. Really small. They were the size and volume of a carrot slice. How did an oyster that small even make a shell? ... I have been more filled up by six peanut M&Ms. A good restaurant, an honest restaurant, would take oysters off the menu untilreal ones could be procured. Read more
The nicest thing about the restaurant is the view of the creek. We were a large party off 16 and the service was great. The... food was fair. Chowder was tasty but luke warm. Lobster rolls were meager for $32 and served on hot dog tools nottraditional New England rolls. Salmon was fair; smash burger left much to be desired. Could not taste any garlic on garlicpotatoes bites. They should have used fresh crushed garlic rather than garlic powder. Baked clams were okay but not hotenough. Overall, all the food needed to be hotter. Water is served warm without ice but server gladly brought ice. I gave ita three-star rating because of service and view. Food was about a two-star rating. Got here about 90 min before closing and they were happy to seat us anyway. One of the few seafood spots on the Hamptons to stay... open padt 9pm during the week, so that's a huge plus in my book! When this place was just the Lobster Inn it was kind of moredivey and hit or miss sadly when it came to food quality. But still a local's fave. Manna, the parent company who bought thisspace, is pretty well known out here since they own some other notable restauranter spots like Shen in Sag Harbour and alsoanother one of my faves on the north fork, Claudio's in Greenport, so I knew already that the food was going to be great andthat service was going to be awesome too. And we were not disappointed in the least bit by either. Ordered the deviled eggs, new England clam chowder and frito misto to start. Our waiter was happy to split the soup portion into 2 for my kids who wantedto share it since one portion was going to be too big for just one of them. Their chowder isn't as thick as the usual NE versionbut it packed sooo much amazing flavor and had a great ratio of clams, bacon, and potatoes. Deviled eggs were delicious atcrispy andouie sausage chunks were exactly what that dish cake for! However, the extra added lobster meat you can add on to thedish was so NOT worth it, the meat pieces were small, very chewy and stringy. The Frito misto was great, calamari pieces werefried well and had a nice crunch to them. Very little variety on the veggies part, just large chunks of green and yellow squashthat were cut way too big and not fried long enough so several of them were gummy. Tomato and chili jam was perfect but it isNOT kid friendly unless your kid loves spicy. They kept the LH splat dish, essential a lobster bake with a 2 lbs. Lobster, clams, mussels, chunks of chorizo, corn and red potatoes in a delicious buttery herb sauce, menu days there was supposed to becrab legs/meat but there was none in our pot.... It's 3x's the price of the original one and slightly Read more
