I just recently quit there. Today we stopped by after dropping our daughter off for her first day of kindergarten and my... boyfriend went in to grab some drinks and a pack of cigarettes and as soon as he got to the counter the employee called for themanager and they were extremely rude to him the entire time. He's done nothing to them. He had nothing to do with it. Justbecause they're upset that I quit? Like come on its still a place of bussiness. You cant be more professional than that? This place sucks for service!! The boy making pizza doesn't wear a hair net!!!! He under cooked the pizza or at least it seemed... that way!!! It was very nasty!!! The people behind the counter have no customer service experience you can tell!!! I used tolove going but now it sucks so fuel Mart has been a new choice!!! Love how convenient this store is to my home and daily commute. The variety of food and drinks are awesome! The wait for speedy... cafe is normal but pretty fast I think, gives us time to get our drinks and what nots and pay... I get lots of points and GCswith my points.. sometimes there is lines that are annoying in the am but I expect that I guess. Read more
Not trucker friendly at all. They make u stand in single line for two cashier's, when I pointed out that Diesel fuel customers... are only service from the one cashier but still have to stand in line for both cashiers. the the snooty lady behind the countersaid I don't have to deal with you truckers I'm going to get my manager. Went there and got a steak sub and for some odd reason they put extra stuff in it that I did not order nor want. Very unhappy... with it. Will give them higher rating if they do better next time. Read more
