Came through the drive through with 2 online orders for 2 people and after sitting for 10 minutes in line my online was refused.... I was told to go around the line again to have it taken. Then as we were going to pay for one item the person who took theoriginal order was screaming at the gal who was at the window for payment. Whoever was taking the order and screaming at theother gal should not be giving orders to staff or taking orders from customers. Poor poor leadership. Read more
I was just thrown out of South Sioux City's McDonalds. After waiting over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by anyone, I... simply asked why the drive thru was receiving all the service and the 8 or so guests , including myself, wasn't even getting toplace an order with anyone. The "manager" on duty simply stated that because I have not yet purchased my meal I needed to leavethe establishment for being rude. Afterwards by calling to find out the owners name and even his name the "manager" who threw meout, I was hung up on twice. What horrible service. Read more
Ordered an #4c meal and added cheese and bacon. Didn?t get any lettuce or tomato, and only got one half piece of bacon, called... and talked to the Manager ,Josh, who was not at all helpful, didn?t apologize for the mistake, and told me I had to come backwith the sandwich to get a replacement.
