I try not to leave negative reviews because I understand businesses usually try to do their best. But I am so frustrated with... this starbucks. They really need to figure out staffing here. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone here as the number listedis for Safeway. When you are finally transfered to starbucks from someone at Safeway, no one picks up. I once tried ordering atraveler in person and they said they didn't have any. So this time I tried to call ahead to order a traveler, hoping to givethem ample time. The lady who finally picked up the phone was obviously overwhelmed and sternly told me she was working byherself. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I hate that it's so stressful trying to get any orders in whether by phone or inperson. Read more

If you post online you have a drive thru, maybe actually have a drive thru. Not really appreciative of the dishonesty.

Heart is such a hands on Manager. Very friendly and she makes you feel at ease. She makes it a point to remember your drink... order if you're a regular. Always nice to see her, I know theres always a smile underneath that mask. Read more

Bad service? I ordered 9 drink earlier and I was been told the waiting time is 10mins? so I went to the bathroom and come back... in 15mins after? I drink is not even start yet.. but his working on the other big orders which is behind my order? I canunderstand if you make the single drink order first ? but can?t just skip some Asian person drink like this and take it likenothing? the guy?s name is Thoe? and I ask he why he skip my order and he told me that because they order more drink than I, hecan?t let them wait too long? so that?s the reason why? Listen... this is a safeway owned store. Probably the best u will get considering. Customer recognition and appreciation has... NEVER been the best at this safeway but the starbucks team here far exceeds that. Thank you. Be patient. Staffing here is noteasy, deployment could be better but they always make sure to get my drink right. Appreciate that. Read more

Erg slow! One person who has zero personality and is Father Time slow. Typing this while I have all the time in the world... waiting in a long line. Ridiculously understaffed and certainly staffed with the wrong people. Any wait to get back to thefriendly faces and attitudes of the Starbucks in Phoenix! Read more
