Use app to order the special offers for pickup which are sometimes really good deals. Just some of their locations don't have... the same good deal offers. We used to go to KFC for the spicy chicken but they got rid of spicy chicken years ago when theystarted the Georgia Gold & Nashville which are saucy, oily & soggy when we tried them. Popeyes have spicy chicken but wish theywere spicier like how KFC had them b4. Their spice isn't marinated in between the flesh but rather it's just the exposed areas. Usually the chicken is fresh, hot & juicy but I've had a dried breast b4 meaning it had been sitting over the heating lamp fortoo long. We like their fries & red beans + rice but their mash & gravy, biscuits, mac & chz aren't as good as KFC's. The sidesare pretty pricy for the size. My kids also like their spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. Difficult to find street parking @SanFrancisco locations but elsewhere usually have parking lot. Read more

The dining room was empty but most tables were dirty with garbage. The cashier was ok, but had an attitude with everybody. I... think she may have been the Manager but not positive. However, the food was great. Read more

It's been a couple of years since I've had Popeyes and I have to say that the food itself was pretty decent at this location but... the service was pretty terrible. It isn't their fault that a lot of people come here but they need to rethink how to handlemobile vs in store orders. Employees were calling out people's orders using either a number or a name and since I was there for20+ minutes waiting to pick up a mobile order I had the opportunity to observe that the choosing to use a name or number didn'tcorrelate to the order being a mobile or in store order and appeared to be up to the employee's preference. This is by far, the least wait I had a Popeyes restaurant. I had to do a double take and make sure I wasn't dreaming when my... order came out. We had 4x spicy chicken sandwiches, 2x mac and cheese, 2x cajun fries and pie. I love that Popeyes spicy chickensandwich. The only drawback is my coke tasted weird. It wasn't sweet enough. The food is average. The wait is horrible. The servers are rude specifically the one with long curly hair and heavy... eyeliner. If you pay attention, the women always ask the male customers if they want sauces but rarely the females. Waitingfor chicken tenders for 17 minutes gave me plenty of opportunity to observe. When I went back for sauce because I wasn?t givenenough, Lily, the manager, and the rude long haired lady talked in Spanish discussing why I was asking for more sauce. Read more
