Came once before, everything was great. This time, staff was pretty edgy and Bathroom gave gas station vibes.
The staff here are amazing. 10/10. Met up with a friend for coffee. A mentally ill person came into the cafe and started to... scream at us. The employee help guide the lady out of the store while keeping calm. He also made sure to check on us before andafter the situation escalated. Thank you!!!! Read more

Surprised at the wait time and not pleased with the coffee. As a rule, much prefer Peets to the ubiquitous coffee chain, but... today's coffee had a strong bitter aftertaste. Staff was friendly and polite, and they gave status updates as to your place inthe coffee-making line, which was helpful.
