Wait time is very long , always check your order, it had happens to me several times here , a last time I ordered an ice coffee... regular was perfect this time very sweet so sweet and notice they had Latin music singing etc it?s ok to have an environment butjust pay more attention on the orders . Terrible Drive-in experience at night. Tried them only twice in 2 years and both the times they shorted our order. Went home... to only find out missing items, drive back leaving "hangry" kids at home, explain order with receipt and got "cold" fries andsandwich. It seems this is their normal business practice. First time here. There was a sign on the window that read but "Dining room now open"but when my group went to go in, it was... locked. There were 6 of us so we went through the drive thru. Worst Jack n the box I've had. Wasn't wrong persay but the quality was abysmal. No cheese, burger and tacos were cold, nobody in... the store or I'm drive thru and food still took a very long time. TLDR; Avoid this Location. Otherwise I enjoy JnB quite a bit. Read more
