I have ordered from this Jack in the box a few times on doordash. They never give you ketchup for your fries, there is no way to... request it on their order page, half the time they forget to give you napkins, and I ordered a shake today and specificallyrequested a straw which I did not get. Twice I've also gotten the wrong drink. I realize these are small things but since Iordered for work and not home it's very awkward. Probably won't be ordering from this Jack in the box again. Waited over 20 mins in the drive through. There was only one car in front of me. Basically had to wait a long time, because the... car in front ordered things that they did not have results available, so had to wait for them to make it from scratch. Theyshould have asked that car to pull out of the drive through to let everyone else get their orders. Read more

This is based on four appearances at this local Jack in the box when there is an older gentleman wearing glasses and a young kid... was shaggy hair trust me the food comes out delicious and perfect every time when there is another gentleman and a woman workingto counter and stuff expect your food to be a hit or miss it's either going to be hot and fresh or it's going to be cold dry andstinky unfortunately he's not perfect you just got to hope you come at the right time. 1/2022 update: moldy bun served in drive thru. I know it happens, just wish it was caught by staff, lost appetite ???? got a... refund. Not a fun thing. Original Review: They aren't giving receipts and there was a mistake with our order. Make sure to askfor a receipt. Watched as cashier gave people their cards back without receipts. Ours wasn't in food bag either. Read more

i love this jack in the box, we are regulars here. we order our drink without ice, she hands driver cup and walks away. ... There's ice, we wait a while for someone to come back, we explain we ordered no ice. She replaced the soda, but there's abitter taste. We order the loaded tiny tacos with just the cheese sauce...
